At Hostel SS, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Please review our Refund Policy below to understand the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for bookings at our hostel near Manipal University, Jaipur.

Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

If you have paid the entire amount due for the room in advance and decide to cancel a booking after check-in time or do not show up at the Hostel SS property, the refund process for the entire amount paid will be subject to the following policies:

• Cancellation on Check-In Day: If you cancel the booking on the day of check-in, the entire amount paid in advance for the rental plan will be non-refundable.
• Cancellation by Hostel SS: If the booking request is cancelled by Hostel SS due to unavailability of beds on the requested date or any other unforeseen circumstances, the entire amount paid in advance will be automatically refunded within 30 days.
• Discrepancy in Personal Information: If there is a discrepancy in the personal information provided at the time of booking, leading to cancellation of the booking request, the entire amount paid in advance for the rental plan will be non-refundable.
• No-Show on Check-In Day: If there is a no-show on the day of check-in, Hostel SS reserves the right to cancel your booking. In this event, the entire amount paid will be non-refundable.
• Token Amount Cancellation: If you have paid only the token amount to book the room and then cancel your booking request at any point, the token amount paid will not be refunded.
• Cancellation After Check-In: If you have already checked in and decide to cancel your plan before the lock-in period (6 months for an academic year plan or 3 months for a semester plan, based on the plan chosen), the entire amount paid as part of the monthly rental and the Security Deposit will be non-refundable.
• National Emergency or College Discontinuation: In the case of a national emergency, such as a pandemic, if colleges are discontinued, no refunds will be issued, and the rental will continue as mentioned in the agreement.
